All cards are sent in strong card backed envelopes to protect them from any damage
Orders received during the weekend or bank holidays will be printed and posted the next working day
Please note that due to COVID-19 some deliveries may take longer than usual
REFUNDS
Refunds are only given if there is a problem with the actual print of the card or if the card has been damaged during its delivery. Photographic evidence may be required.
CANCELLATION / EXCHANGES
If you have made a mistake and need to cancel your order please notify us as soon as possible. Once an order comes in, the process starts to get your card ready for printing and posting. Once that process starts the order can no longer be cancelled.
We do not accept exchanges.
